Project Coordinator @ Office Administrator

  • Support Project Director with project related activities

  • Following up and update rotation plan, monitor timesheets

  • Follow up and communicate with employees at site

  • Traveling and being close to the project site and the customer

  • Union secretary, registration of new employees in union

  • Contact with client as applicable

  • Communication with authorities related to our employees

  • Registration of employees in our accounting/salary system

  • Establish and follow up agreements with suppliers, contact with suppliers

  • Support HR duties (follow up work contracts with our employees, dialogue with NAV, dialogue with employees regards to administration, salary, and payments issues etc.)

  • Travel booking incl. flights, hotels and local transportation

  • PPE Management



  • Formal Financial, Logistic or technical education

  • Practical experience may compensate for formal education

  • Oil&Gas or Industry market base knowledge

  • Languages: Norwegian, English, Polish

  • MS Office
